Our main mission is to foster, support, and inspire intentional communities and ecocommunities in Quebec to develop and flourish through self-reliance, a return to a simpler way of life based on sharing, exchange (bartering), mutual aid, the practice of NVC (nonviolent communication, talking circles), and
The ideal world that we live in and participate in promoting on a daily basis is the evolution of communities in harmony with their environment, the humans who compose them, and allowing each community to develop in accordance with its values and specificities so that future generations evolve in a world that allows and promotes their difference and their development while respecting their uniqueness.
Redistributing and making ancestral knowledge, wisdom, and wisdom accessible to everyone. Our adventures, our work, our gift for the greater good of all
- Spring-Summer 2022: Visiting, analyzing, studying and assisting various eco-communities or intentional communities in Quebec (we have more than 30 in Quebec)
- Autumn 2022: Assistance in starting up an eco-community in Gaspésie (renovation of the common building, animal care, construction of an animal enclosure)
- November 2022 to May 2023 Boismenu Outfitter: Assistance with renovations, vehicle maintenance, firewood production, solar energy system maintenance, and maple syrup production. Writing of the study "Demystifying Spirituality" and beginning of the writing of "The Language of Vibrations."
- Summer-autumn 2023 and winter 2024: Complete renovation of a single mother's house, weekly cleaning, errands and meal preparation, development and implementation of a marketing campaign so that she can make herself known and build her massage therapy clientele in order to live from her passion and flourish.
- Winter 2024: Creation of the Facebook group "The Sanctuaries of Gaia" to inspire and assist our peers in creating their own community
- Creation of "The Best Version of Yourself" to promote coaching and support services that foster personal growth
- May 2024 to April 2025: Touring the Canadian provinces and Alaska with our motorhome, "Margot the Snail." Along the way, we collected trash in campgrounds and other places we stopped, developed relationships, created a business plan, and brought together talent for an educational and socio-economic enterprise promoting the professional skills of young entrepreneurs in the Tofino region on Vancouver Island, British Columbia (November to April).
- Spring-summer 2025: Maintenance of an inn built in 1898 and its gardens, run by a young single father: "The Salon of Strangers": major cleaning of the property, pruning of shrubs, trimming, interior work, installation of a mini-house, construction of the "Lumberjack Camp", planning of future work and development of the business.
- Autumn/Winter 2025-2026: Renovation of a house and service for various tasks: cooking, maintenance, optimizing purchases, researching grants, planning and budgeting for the renovation of 3 other houses for service at the Montebello Vipassana Meditation Centre
- Autumn and summer 2026: Chalet renovation, website creation, participation in the implementation of permaculture gardens, organizer and facilitator of discussion circles, development of a strategic development plan and support for the establishment of the non-profit organization and the Terre Sauvage agricultural cooperative structure
When our missions within the current community are accomplished, we will leave for new missions in service of the greater good of all.
The non-profit organization DallGaïa has had the mission of travelling through different intentional communities since 2022 to offer them various free services in order to ensure their sustainability, in line with their values, their intentions and the colour of their members/inhabitants.
